As a mama and life-long student of Ayurvedic digestion, I’ve devoted years to understanding the gut as the seat of our emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. Through clinical practice, traditional Panchakarma therapies, and ceremonial wellbeing, I’ve supported families through chronic illness, hormonal transitions, mystery symptoms, and the everyday sacred work of healing.

Familes Digestive Health Counseling includes for all members of the family:

• 4 times 1.5 hrs consult online or in person. Initial consultation will take up to 2 hours!

Sessions will be at my Studio, on Cammeraygal land in Sydney, Eora. For families I do appreciate the task and complexity of commitment, my approach is personalised and both parents presence would be much appreciated. Please be in touch prior so we can have a chat about it. 

I also offer this work via distance sessions online.
